As part of activities run by the British Army for HPCA, our young people were invited to take part in 'youth challenge' at the Catterick Barracks. This was part of a weekend long activities where young people were set a number of challenges, for example, building a shelter, cooking outdoors, surviving outdoors, and completing an obstacle course challenge.
All participating young people were awarded accomplishment certificates. Zeeshan, one of the participating young men, said, " It was just fantastic. What a great weekend. All thanks to HPCA and the Army."
The youth challenge was part of a programme of activities whereby the Army facilitates regular activity based sessions as part of HPCA's 'Life Skills' STEM programme
